1. Introduction

At Findom Wealth Management  , we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience for all our customers. 
This Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which customers can return, exchange, or request a refund for products purchased through our website and mobile application.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms described below.


2. Return & Exchange Policy

We offer an easy 7-day return and exchange window for most products purchased from Findom Wealth Management   . 
Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

·       The product is unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

·       All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.

·       The item is not listed under non-returnable categories (see Section 4).

·       The product was not purchased under a final sale, clearance, or promotional offer.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only through our official platform (no direct vendor returns allowed).


3. Return Process

1.    Initiate Return Request: 
Log in to your account → “My Orders” → Select item → Click “Return/Exchange”.

2.    Approval & Pickup: 
Once approved, a pickup will be scheduled within 2–3 business days. 
Customers must ensure the item is securely packed for return pickup.

3.    Quality Check: 
Returned items will undergo a quality inspection by our team or vendor before a refund or replacement is processed.

4.    Exchange Option: 
If the product qualifies, customers can choose to exchange it for a different size, color, or another item of equal or higher value (price difference, if any, applies).


4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following product categories are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to hygiene and safety reasons:

·       Beauty & grooming products (cosmetics, perfumes, skincare, etc.)

·       Innerwear, lingerie, swimwear

·       Socks and hosiery

·       Jewelry and piercings

·       Personalized or custom-made items

·       Gift cards and vouchers


5. Refund Process

Once your returned item passes quality inspection, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. 
Refunds will be made in the same payment mode used during the purchase:

·       Credit/Debit Card / UPI / Net Banking: Credited back to the original payment method.

·       Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund issued to the customer’s registered bank account or as Findom Wealth Management  Wallet Credits .

Customers will receive an email/SMS confirmation once the refund is initiated.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stipulated time:

1.    Check your bank account or payment provider again.

2.    Contact your bank or card issuer — sometimes processing delays occur.

3.    If unresolved, contact our support team [email protected] with your order details.


7. Order Cancellation Policy

·       Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by visiting “My Orders” → “Cancel Order.”

·       Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but may be returned after delivery as per our return policy.

·       In case of cancellation before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.


8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

·       Damaged during transit

·       Defective or not functioning as described

·       Incorrect (wrong item, size, or color)

Please initiate a return within 48 hours of receiving the order by submitting a photo or video proof via your order page or email. 
We will arrange for replacement or refund after verification.


9. Vendor Responsibilities

All vendors on Findom Wealth Management   are required to:

·       Maintain accurate product listings, including descriptions, images, and sizes.

·       Ensure products meet quality standards before shipping.

·       Accept returns as per Findom Wealth Management   policy unless an item falls under non-returnable categories.

Findom Wealth Management   reserves the right to delist or penalize vendors with repeated quality or return-related issues.


10. Refund Settlement for Vendors

Refunds to customers will be deducted from the vendor’s settlement amount. 
Vendor settlements will be processed after 7 days of successful delivery, net of refunds and commissions.


11. Policy Abuse and Fraud Prevention

If a customer is found to be misusing the return policy (e.g., frequent returns, damaged returns, or fraudulent claims), Findom Wealth Management   reserves the right to:

·       Reject future return requests,

·       Suspend or terminate the account,

·       Withhold refunds pending investigation.
