1. Introduction

Welcome to Findom Wealth Management (“Website”, “App”, “Platform”), operated by Findom Wealth Management Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, mobile application, and services, whether as a user (“Buyer”, “Customer”) or as a vendor (“Seller”, “Merchant”). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not access or use the platform.

2. Definitions

·       “Platform” refers to the Findom Wealth Management website, mobile app, and all associated services.

·       “User” or “Buyer” means any individual using the platform to purchase products.

·       “Vendor” or “Seller” refers to a registered merchant or boutique listing fashion products for sale.

·       “Products” means any items listed for sale on the platform, including clothing, footwear, accessories, and beauty products.

·       “Order” means a confirmed purchase of one or more products by a Buyer.

·       “Settlement Cycle” means the time frame within which the Company releases payment to vendors after successful order delivery.

3. Eligibility

To use our platform:

·       Users must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract.

·       Vendors must be legally registered entities or individuals authorized to conduct business in India.

·       By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.

4. User Terms (Buyers)

1.    Account Creation:
Users must create an account using valid personal details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

2.    Product Information:
While we make every effort to display accurate product details, minor variations in color, design, or appearance may occur due to digital display settings.

3.    Pricing & Payment:
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments can be made through debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, or other approved methods.

4.    Orders & Confirmation:
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email or notification. Orders cannot be canceled once shipped, except in cases covered under our return policy.

5.    Returns & Refunds:
Eligible products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact. Refunds are processed after quality checks.

6.    Prohibited Conduct:
Users shall not misuse the platform, engage in fraudulent activity, or attempt to manipulate prices or reviews.

5. Vendor Terms (Sellers)

1.    Registration:
Vendors must register and provide valid business documents (GST, PAN, bank account, etc.).

2.    Product Listings:
Vendors are responsible for accurate product descriptions, pricing, and image quality. Listings must comply with Findom Wealth Management  quality guidelines.

3.    Commission & Fees:
A 15% commission is charged on every successful sale made through the platform. This rate may be revised upon prior notice.

4.    Order Fulfillment:
Vendors are required to ship orders promptly, ensuring products are in perfect condition. Delay or non-fulfillment may lead to penalties or suspension.

5.    Return & Replacement:
Vendors must accept returns and exchanges as per the platform’s 7-day return policy.

6.    Settlement Cycle:
Payments to vendors are released within 7 days after successful delivery of an order, post deduction of commission and applicable fees.

7.    Vendor Conduct:
Vendors shall not engage in misleading listings, fake promotions, or sale of counterfeit goods. Violation may result in suspension or legal action.

6. Settlement and Payment Terms

·       The Company collects payment from buyers on behalf of vendors.

·       After an order is marked “delivered” and the 7-day return period expires, the vendor’s earnings are released within the next 7 days.

·       Settlements are made directly to the vendor’s registered bank account.

·       The Company reserves the right to withhold payments for unresolved disputes or non-compliance.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

·       Buyers can raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

·       Products must meet return criteria (unused, original packaging, etc.).

·       Refunds are issued through the original payment method.

·       The Company reserves the right to reject returns that fail quality checks or policy conditions.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

·       All content on the platform — including logos, graphics, text, and images — is the property of Findom Wealth Management Private Limited.

·       Vendors retain ownership of their product images and descriptions but grant the Company a license to display, market, and promote them.

·       Unauthorized use or reproduction of platform content is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

·       The Company acts solely as an intermediary between buyers and vendors.

·       We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from products sold by third-party vendors.

·       Under no circumstances shall the Company’s total liability exceed the transaction value of the disputed order.

10. Indemnification

Users and vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Findom Wealth Management Private Limited and its affiliates against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from breach of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

12. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the website with the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
